The town and bay of Portland, Victoria. Taken from the illistrated London Times, January the 14th 1860.
This lithograph shows a similar scene to Hannays photo of Portland bay taken in 1859 with a few additions the aboriginals camped near the canal and more two story buildings than were in the photo, probably to make the town developement look more advanced than it really was.
